新学期即将开始,现将有关事项通知如下:
Dear international students:
The new semester is approaching, and the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. 上课时间:
1. Class Time:
★所有国际员工将于2月26号正式开始上课。
★All of the International Students will have classes from 26th February.
2. 确认课表:请登录教务系统查询新学期的课表,确认上课时间和地地点,如无法查询,请尽快联系yl23455永利教学办。
3.Confirm the timetable: Please check your schedule in the Teaching System, confirm the class time and location, if you can’t check it, please contact the Teaching Affairs’ office ASAP.
3.确认名单:任课老师会在第一节课时与员工确认名单,如果你不在名单上,请及时与yl23455永利教学办联系。
4. Confirm the name list: The teacher will confirm the name list with you during the first lesson, if you are not on the name list, please contact the SIES Teaching Affairs’ Office in time.
5.保证出勤:出勤率不仅关系到你们奖学金的评选,更会影响你们的签证,一定要按时上课,迟到超过15分钟将会被记为旷课!我们将会对出勤率过低的员工采取取消考试资格、通报处分等一系列措施。
5. Guarantee your attendance: Attendance rate is not only related to your scholarship evaluation, but also affects your residence permit. You must attend class on time. If you are late for more than 15minutes, you will be counted as absenteeism! We will take a series of measures such as cancellation of exam qualifications and notification of penalties for students whose attendance is too low.
6.考勤方式:
★员工每堂课须按要求在“上课啦”进行签到打卡。
★You are required to sign in on the "Class Time" for each class.
7. 缓补考:近期将会组织缓补考,请注意关注钉钉消息。
7. Delayed and make-up exams: The delayed and make-up exams will be organized recently. Please pay attention to the notifications in DingTalk.
